BookMyForex.com is the first e-commerce website of it's kind in India that facilitates the purchase and sale of retail foreign exchange and remittance products. Based in Gurgaon, we were founded in 2012 by a forex industry veteran who has introduced retail foreign exchange as a product vertical in Indian banking and has setup the retail forex division from scratch in 4 different banks (HDFC bank, Centurion bank, ING Vysya and Bank of Punjab). The total addressable size of our market is huge - roughly 150,000 crores, growing 20% YoY.

|Position: Customer Support Executive | |Job Location: Gurgaon| |Experience: 0-3 years|

 

Requirements :

- Experience in handling customers (if any)

- Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office & Excel)

- Convincing Skills with good communication

- Target oriented

             

Role:

- Handling customers that come on our site - www.bookmyforex.com through callbacks/chats/order confirmation/calls & explaining them about foreign exchange products.

- Handling incoming & making outgoing calls.

- Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with BookMyForex Branches or partnering banks - ING Vysya & Axis Bank

- Customer relationship management.

- Maintaining data and generating reports.

- Handling emails and to co- ordinate with branches & partnering banks

- Other related day-to-day activities
